- Colour Sample Plates: A shipping fee of AUD $11 applies for the delivery of colour sample plates. Please note that orders for colour samples are limited to a maximum of three samples per customer.

We currently ship within Australia, with delivery to both metropolitan and remote areas.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.
- Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification. If additional information is required, our team will contact you, which may extend processing times.

- Metro Areas: Delivery to metropolitan areas typically occurs within 5-7 business days after shipment.
- Remote Areas: For remote locations, please allow 10-12 business days for delivery.

Products may be shipped from our warehouse or directly from our supplier’s warehouse. If your order contains items from different suppliers, it may arrive in multiple packages.
