How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Delivery to metro areas usually takes 4-5 business days, while delivery to remote areas may take 7-8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
What are your shipping fees?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $20 for all orders under $660. Orders of $660 and over qualify for free shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy ?
Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order. However:
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
What conditions must be met for a return?
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return, whether you have Stile Secure Protect or not:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Installed or damaged items are not returnable.
- Returns should be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not accepted. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your account at Account Login, select your order, and follow the prompts to request a return.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Fill out the Warranty Claim Form on our website. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images or videos. For large files, email them to warranty@stilebath.com.au.

Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we are planning future expansion. In the meantime, enjoy greater discounts due to our low overhead costs.
