Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

At Stile Bath, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality tapware and bathroom products, backed by a reliable warranty. These Warranty Terms and Conditions outline the coverage, terms, and limitations of our warranty. By purchasing from Stile Bath, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Warranty Coverage

Stile Bath offers a warranty on all products purchased through our store, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period varies depending on the product and is specified at the time of purchase.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and is valid for the duration specified for each product. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

4. Installation Requirements

Under Australian law, all tapware and plumbing-related products must be installed by a licensed plumber. Failure to comply with this requirement may void your warranty. When making a warranty claim, Stile Bath may request details such as the name, license number, or invoice from the licensed plumber who performed the installation.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, and discoloration.
  • Damage caused by cleaning products not suitable for the material.
  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by unauthorized persons.
  • Accidental damage or damage caused by external factors beyond our control, such as fire, flood, or impact.

6. Claiming Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please fill out our Warranty Claim Form available on our website. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images or videos. If your file size is too large, please email them to warranty@stilebath.com.au after submitting the form.

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the details and contact you within 3-5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

7. Warranty by Suppliers

Certain products sold by Stile Bath are covered by warranties provided by our suppliers. In these cases, the terms and conditions of the supplier’s warranty will apply in addition to Stile Bath's warranty.

For instance, products from Nero come with a specific warranty policy, which can be reviewed here. We encourage customers to familiarize themselves with these supplier-specific warranties as they provide additional coverage.

8. Return of Defective Products

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Stile Bath will cover the cost of return shipping. Customers must contact our customer service to arrange for the return of the defective product.

9. Limitations of Liability

Stile Bath’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall Stile Bath be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

10. Modifications to Warranty Policy

Stile Bath reserves the right to modify these Warranty Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Warranty Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Your Rights, Installation Requirements, and Liability Disclaimer

Please note that under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for any product that is faulty or does not meet the acceptable quality standards. Installation must be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with Australian law. We may request additional details, such as the plumber’s name and license number, to process your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stile Bath disclaims all liability for damage or injury to any person, property damage, and any indirect, consequential, or other types of loss or damage.
